Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please call or email us 48 hours in advance. We will charge you the deposit if you do not change or do not show up. Seahorse Key Drop-off reservations are non-refundable unless there is a weather cancelation for the event. We charge a 5% cancelation fee for all canceled reservations.
